I found yoga ten years ago, at a time when I had to start all over again. In my practice I found both physical and mental healing. Yoga has given me endless opportunities to acquire and practice compassion, peace, movement, being present, playfulness, stillness, self-reflection and many other principles that can be applied off the mat and in our daily lives. As a teacher, my goal is to guide my students to find what they need in their own lives through their yoga practice. While yoga is a continuous physical and spiritual journey, I like to emphasize the practical nature of yoga into everyday life.

My yoga journey began after suffering a low back/hip injury as a means to rehabilitate and strengthen my core. My yoga journey since then has evolved, expanded, and deepened into a transformational journey going inward. I love authentically sharing, breaking down postures, and uniting the on the mat physical asana with the deeper meanings and applications yoga has off the mat. I have also completed advanced teacher trainings for Trauma Recovery Yoga (T.R.Y. - June 2019) and Bhakti (Laughing Lotus - February 2020
